Just so you know, hdmi ports last about 10 years. And those electric parts are the strongest. Which means banging rocking and heat and extreme cold effect all electric components. Also salty environments. GM, Ford and the rest are building throw away autos. Stay far way from electric autos with your money. You're throwing away your money.

Great video! Kim and Kyle! I was looking into a Mach-E as my next EV, but the lack of NACS (come on!) and the laggy UI (come on!) steered me to a Model Y instead. On the plus side there is CarPlay (Come on Tesla!). In 2 years I will re-evaluate…hopefully they will FINALLY have NACS and a more performant UI.

Thanks Kim. Few questions; 1) I want the yoke for my M3P. What is recommended? I feel like I want one by Tesla and nobody else. It’s such a big safety piece. Am I wrong for thinking that? 2) Now that I know not to do a power hood, is changing the suspension Ok? 3) I’m one year in with my Tesla, where can I find an event like you where at in this video?

I’ve waited the better part of a decade for a Tesla killer and Tesla just seems to have a massive lead with the supercharger/nacs port, straight to consumer delivery experience, software and design. Pricing is also competitive so Tesla is a no brainer

Does tinting the top glass void the warranty? I went to get the window tint last time and the staff told me that tinting the top glass will void the warranty……….. is that true? I ended up tinting the 4 windows only…….

Comparing the FWD model to the MY was a fail already. You should have compared the AWD platinum+ to the MY for a more realistic comparison.

BYD is offering a EV which has double the warranty and they encourage you to do supercharging all time

There are third party vendors who can do the battery refurbishment and extension for much cheaper cost.

There is more to this calculation because Dobson is driving it for ride share and he gets to claim expenses like depreciation

Everything is fine but how much did Dobson spend on charging during the period before the battery change and how much did he save as compared to gas . And does the saving enough to cover the cost of the battery .

We own a 23 MME and feel the ride is way better than our 22 MY, however the software in the MME really is messed up - phone as a key and other common features like managing charging are getting worse with their latest phone app updates.

No NACS, no deal…

It's a great car, but what about the view out the sides? It seems like it has blind spots behind the driver/passenger that could be an issue. Even with the safety features, is it a concern?

I own a Lightning and the Mach E is the same: software is not good and how difficult can it be to push out software updates.

Love this truck and would buy another avalanche but fuel is better for my needs

[1:15] We drove a 2010 Toyota PRIUS with a Solar Sun Roof, the Solar option provided power to a Cabin Temperature Control Unit that turned a fan on and expelled the hot air from the interior. We set this feature on all the time... Our Current vehicle; a Pearl White Tesla Model 3 LR | AWD | Dual Motor | FSD with White Interior, we selected this colour combination with the Summer heat in mind, figuring that it would be significantly cooler inside than any other colour combination. Maybe over time this decision will also benefit the vehicle both in performance and aesthetically… 🤔

More automakers need to make affordable offroady EV's. I really like this and the Rivian, but they are so expensive.
